NAJJU© works with production partners subject to applicable cosmetic product requirements, including European Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 for products placed on the EU market.

Products placed on the EU market are subject to the applicable cosmetic safety documentation and assessment requirements. Formula-specific testing claims are published only when the corresponding report is available.

NAJJU© publishes certification, testing and origin claims only when documentation supports the exact formula or business practice. The following frameworks describe the applicable legal and information standards:

—Claims review- certificates and reports must match the exact product, formula and validity period

—EC No 1223/2009- European Regulation on cosmetic products governing safety, labelling, and ingredient compliance across all EU market products

—GDPR (EU 2016/679)- General Data Protection Regulation governing all personal data collected through najju.fr

najju.fr is built and operated on the Shopify e-commerce platform. All payment transactions are processed through Shopify Payments and Stripe- encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant. NAJJU© does not store payment card data directly.
