These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made
through najju.fr. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read
and accepted these terms in full.

NAJJU© is a European skincare brand selling certified clean beauty
products through najju.fr.

2. WHO THESE TERMS APPLY TO
─────────────────────────────────────────────

These terms apply to individual consumers purchasing products through
najju.fr for personal, non-commercial use.

If you are a professional buyer, reseller, or distributor, please
contact us at support@najju.fr before placing an order, as separate
terms will apply.

NAJJU© reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version
in effect at the time of your order governs your purchase.

3. OUR PRODUCTS

All products sold on najju.fr are cosmetic formulations developed in
compliance with applicable cosmetic product regulations. ECOCERT and
COSMOS certifications are maintained where indicated on individual
product pages.

Product availability is subject to stock. NAJJU© reserves the right
to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any product without prior notice.
If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability,
you will be notified promptly and refunded in full.

Product images are representative and may vary slightly from the
delivered item. Ingredient lists are accurate at time of publication
and may be updated to reflect legitimate reformulations.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use,
particularly if you have sensitive or reactive skin.

4. PLACING AN ORDER
─────────────────────────────────────────────

A binding contract is formed between NAJJU© and you upon receipt of
our order confirmation email. Prior to this, no contract exists.

NAJJU© reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of
suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability, or violation of
these terms. In such cases, you will be notified and any payment
received will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

Orders may not be modified once preparation has begun. You are
responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at checkout,
including delivery address and contact details.

5. PRICES & PAYMENT
─────────────────────────────────────────────

All prices on najju.fr are in Euros (€), inclusive of applicable VAT
where required. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before
payment is confirmed.

Payment is processed through secure, encrypted systems. NAJJU© does
not receive or store your payment card data directly.

Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period and cannot be
applied retroactively. If a pricing error affects your order, you will
be notified before dispatch and offered the option to proceed at the
corrected price or receive a full refund.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
─────────────────────────────────────────────

Full delivery timelines, shipping costs, and carrier information are
set out in our Shipping Policy at najju.fr/pages/shipping-policy, which
forms part of these terms.

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of
confirmation, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.
NAJJU© is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions,
force majeure, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

7. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
─────────────────────────────────────────────

You have the right to return an unopened, unused product within 14 days
of delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable
EU consumer rights legislation.

This right does not apply to opened or used cosmetic products, in
accordance with the hygiene exemption recognised under EU consumer law.
This exception exists to protect the health and safety of all customers.

Policy at najju.fr/pages/refund-return-policy, which forms part of
these terms.

8. LIABILITY
─────────────────────────────────────────────

NAJJU© products are formulated in compliance with applicable cosmetic
product regulations and carry the required product safety documentation.

NAJJU© is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from:

— Use contrary to the product's instructions or intended purpose
— Pre-existing or undisclosed skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities
— Use alongside incompatible third-party products or treatments
— Failure to perform a patch test before first use
— Storage or handling contrary to the conditions stated on the packaging

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury
caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded
under applicable law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
─────────────────────────────────────────────

All content on najju.fr — including the NAJJU© name, logo, visual
identity, product names, descriptions, photography, video, and the
Panthère Noire concept — is the exclusive intellectual property of
NAJJU© and is protected under applicable law.

10. PERSONAL DATA
─────────────────────────────────────────────

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
at najju.fr/policies/privacy-policy and applicable data protection law,
including GDPR where applicable.

11. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
─────────────────────────────────────────────

If you have a concern about an order or your experience with NAJJU©,
please contact us first at support@najju.fr. We aim to resolve all
matters through direct correspondence within 2 business days.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct contact, you have
the right to refer the matter to a certified consumer mediator or the
relevant consumer protection authority in your country of residence.

As an EU resident, you may also use the European Commission's Online
Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any unresolved dispute
shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
─────────────────────────────────────────────

These terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy,
and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between NAJJU© and
you for any purchase made through najju.fr.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions continue in full force.
