Each order is carefully prepared within our European atelier before dispatch.

Allow 1 to 3 business days for preparation- Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

During product launches or high-demand periods, preparation may require additional time. This care is intentional. Every formulation leaves our house in the condition it was created.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

Once your order leaves our atelier, a confirmation email with your tracking details will be sent automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking system to activate.
