These Terms of Service govern access to najju.fr and consumer purchases made through the website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

2. ELIGIBILITY
You must have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase contract.
Where you purchase on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
The consumer terms in this document are intended primarily for individuals purchasing products for personal, non-commercial use.
Professional buyers, distributors and resellers should contact NAJJU before ordering.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to present product characteristics, quantities, ingredients, directions, warnings, packaging and imagery accurately.
Packaging, presentation or formulation may be updated where permitted by law. The product supplied will comply with the information and legal requirements applicable when the order is placed.
Screen settings, lighting and photography may affect how colours and textures appear.
Certification, natural-origin, vegan, organic or similar claims apply only where expressly stated and verified for the relevant product.
4. COSMETIC USE
Products must be used according to the instructions, warnings and intended purpose shown on the product, packaging or relevant product page.
Individual results may vary.
A patch test is recommended where appropriate, particularly for sensitive or reactive skin.
Product information is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Customers who are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing medical treatment, have a diagnosed skin condition or are uncertain about an ingredient should seek appropriate professional advice before use.
Discontinue use and obtain appropriate advice if a serious or unexpected reaction occurs.
5. ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products shown in the order.
You can review and correct your order information before completing checkout.
An automated order receipt confirms that we have received the order. It does not prevent us from declining or cancelling the order for a legitimate reason.
We may decline or cancel an order because of:
• payment failure;
• suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;
• an obvious pricing or technical error;
• product unavailability;
• shipping restrictions;
• legal or regulatory restrictions; or
• incorrect customer information that prevents fulfilment.
Where payment has already been collected for an order we cannot accept, the relevant amount will be reimbursed without undue delay.
6. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market.
Applicable taxes are included where required by law.
Shipping charges and any available information about duties or import costs are displayed or explained before checkout completion.
Payment is processed through authorised third-party payment providers.
NAJJU does not directly store complete payment-card details.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with the order.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing times, estimated delivery periods, shipping charges, tracking information and customs arrangements are described in the Shipping Policy.
Where NAJJU or its fulfilment partner arranges the carrier, risk of loss or damage remains with the seller until the products are physically received by the customer or a designated third party other than the carrier.
Nothing in these terms removes rights relating to delayed, lost, damaged or incomplete deliveries.
8. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL
Eligible consumers may notify NAJJU within 14 days after delivery that they wish to withdraw from an online purchase without providing a reason.
Return conditions, permitted exclusions, return costs, refund timing and the model withdrawal form are provided in the Return & Refund Policy.
For sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the withdrawal right may cease after the protective seal has been broken.
This exception does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrect products.
9. LEGAL GUARANTEE
Products must conform to the purchase contract and applicable consumer law.
Where a product is faulty or does not correspond with what was promised, the customer may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the mandatory legal guarantee applicable to the purchase.
Any commercial policy provided by NAJJU is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory legal rights.
10. PROMOTIONS
Promotions, discount codes and complimentary offers may be subject to separate conditions displayed with the relevant offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
• promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• only one code may be accepted per order;
• codes must be entered before checkout completion; and
• expired codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
A promotion does not remove statutory consumer rights.
11. ACCOUNTS AND WEBSITE USE
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access details.
You must not:
• use the website unlawfully;
• introduce malicious code;
• interfere with website security or operation;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• submit false or misleading information; or
• use automated methods to scrape or exploit the website without permission.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website or legal compliance.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The NAJJU name, visual identity, logos, product names, written content, photography, video, graphics, design elements and Panthère Noire concept are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written authorisation.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, carriers, social platforms and external websites.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
NAJJU is not responsible for independent third-party content or services except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
14. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory product-safety obligations or mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to mandatory law, NAJJU is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for purely commercial losses incurred by a consumer.
15. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR where relevant.
Cookie preferences can be managed using the consent controls available on the website.
16. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Complaints should first be submitted to:

Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
We will attempt to resolve complaints directly and fairly.
Where applicable, a consumer may refer an unresolved dispute to a competent consumer authority or recognised alternative dispute-resolution body in their country.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND COURTS
These terms are governed by applicable Italian law.
This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides.
Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
18. CHANGES
The version of these terms in effect when an order is placed governs that purchase.
We may update these terms for future use because of legal, operational or service changes.
19. SEVERABILITY
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
